Welcome to Rentashion. By renting or purchasing any outfit from our store or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
To confirm any booking, an advance payment is mandatory.
The advance amount is used to reserve the outfit for your selected date.
Advance payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Outfits are rented for a specific duration (usually 1 day) as agreed during booking.
Additional charges apply for extra days or late returns.
Some outfits may require a refundable security deposit.
The deposit is returned after the outfit is received back in acceptable condition.
Customers are responsible for taking care of the outfit.
Minor wear and tear is acceptable.
In case of major damage, stains, tears, or loss, repair or replacement charges will apply.
Only minor temporary adjustments (hooks/dori) are allowed.
Permanent alterations are not permitted.
Dry cleaning is handled by Rentashion.
Customers do not need to clean the outfit before returning it.
Customers may try outfits in-store before booking.
Sizes are provided as available; fitting adjustments beyond minor changes are not offered.
Customers can pick up and drop off outfits at the Gota store.
Paid courier delivery within Ahmedabad (Porter / Rapido / Uber) is available on request.
Rentashion may use customer photos (with permission) for marketing or social media.
Once a booking is made, cancellation is NOT allowed under any circumstances.
The advance amount paid for booking an outfit is 100% non-refundable, regardless of the reason (change of plan, date change, event cancellation, personal reason, etc.).
The advance cannot be refunded.
It cannot be adjusted against another outfit.
It cannot be transferred to another date or person.
These strict policies ensure fairness and availability, as outfits are blocked exclusively for you once booked.
